Peach Cobbler
Total Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
- 5 peaches, peeled, cored, sliced
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- Ground cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions
- Cook peaches with sugar & salt until juices form.
- Preheat oven 350°F. Melt butter in pie dish.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt. Stir in milk. Pour over butter.
- Spoon peaches over batter. Sprinkle cinnamon!
- Bake 38–40 min until golden. Serve with ice cream.
